Shaun Alger is a dynamic entrepreneur, sales leader, and growth strategist with a proven record of building scalable revenue systems and leading businesses to market success. With decades of experience across both large corporations and entrepreneurial ventures, Shaun has founded, grown, and successfully monetized six companies, while also serving as a trusted advisor and investor.

As Practice Leader at VoloHaus, Shaun has guided over 400 organizations across diverse industries, designing and implementing measurable, repeatable sales and marketing processes. His innovative approach—treating sales as a manufacturing system—has delivered sustainable growth, helping 70 companies earn spots on the INC 5000 list in a single year and enabling 24 companies to grow and exit for transformative financial outcomes.

Previously, Shaun served as CEO of MyOffice Facility Solutions, where he scaled the company from $4M to $12M in revenue and led it to become a six-time consecutive winner of the San Diego Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Companies award. Earlier in his career, he founded CompleteComm Telecommunications, growing it from startup to $9M in revenue, and held leadership roles at Gateway Telecommunications, driving consistent double-digit growth.

Shaun is also deeply connected to the business community, having built close relationships with more than 260 San Diego CEOs. He is a member of YPO and Vistage, and has served on multiple boards, including the Association for Corporate Growth, NewHaven/TradeTech, and the Boys & Girls Club of Carlsbad.

A lifelong learner and coach, Shaun has recruited, trained, and mentored hundreds of professionals, while also remaining active as an investor and advisor. He holds a B.A. in Communications & Business from the University of Washington.
