Ryan Holoubek
Ryan Holoubek is a technology and engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience building products, leading teams, and helping companies scale. 
His background spans software development, AI, healthcare technology, enterprise platforms, and high-growth startups.
Most recently, Ryan served as Head of Engineering at Greenlane, where he led engineering initiatives across fleet management, charging optimization, and energy efficiency. He managed a 20-person AI team, oversaw multi-million-dollar engineering and IT budgets, and helped improve delivery speed, engineering performance, and scalability across the organization.
Earlier in his career, Ryan co-founded and served as CTO of several technology companies, including Dedo.ai, Axs Healthcare, Postly, and piZap. His healthcare work has included clinical trials, patient experience, virtual care, AI, machine learning, and healthcare data. At piZap, he helped scale the platform to 60 million registered users and 30 million monthly active users before the company was acquired. He has also mentored Seed to Series A companies through 500 Startups, helping founders use technology, product, and data to support growth.
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver.
