Jacob Gengenbach is a global revenue operations and go-to-market leader with over 20 years of experience helping enterprise and high-growth technology companies scale revenue with precision, visibility, and discipline.

He has led global account management, revenue operations, and GTM systems initiatives across some of the world’s largest technology organizations, including Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Google (via Genesis10), and venture-backed cybersecurity company Outseer. Jacob brings deep expertise in global account acquisition, contract negotiation, channel and partner enablement, and end- to-end revenue lifecycle optimization.

Known as a pragmatic problem solver, Jacob specializes in turning complex, at-risk, or fragmented revenue environments into scalable, high-performing systems. His work spans AI-powered RevOps platforms (including Gong, Loopio, Impartner, and LeanData), global process design, forecasting and analytics, executive business reviews, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
