Amanda is a change management executive and certified executive coach with over 20 years dedicated to empowering individuals and driving organizational change. She coaches and consults executives and their teams through change initiatives resulting in them seeing improvements in culture, y-o-y growth and performance, employee retention and reduction in employee-related incidents.

With her deep knowledge of behavioral science and the complexities of organizational performance, Amanda has delivered customized change management programs leading to sustained growth. Amanda’s leadership in these initiatives does more than just spark change; it ignites a relentless pursuit of innovation.

Amanda is certified by ProSci Change Management and International Coaching Federation. She received her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Human Services from Ottawa University and a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development from University of Denver. She is also certified in Hogan, Myers-Briggs (MBTI), and EQ-I 2.0 assessments.
