Alzer is a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Development professional with experience spanning sales operations, customer support leadership, marketing, and financial services. He brings a strong foundation in back-office sales support, CRM management, and process improvement—helping teams work smarter, prospects engage faster, and pipelines stay clear and accurate.

In his role at SalesSparx, Alzer supports the Sales team by optimizing outreach workflows, maintaining high-quality CRM data, and ensuring prospect engagement strategies run efficiently. His ability to organize information, streamline processes, and uphold operational excellence makes him a reliable partner in driving top-of-funnel success.

Before joining SalesSparx, Alzer led operational teams at Emapta Versatile, where he coached team members, monitored performance, and ensured daily operations met client KPIs. His background also includes marketing and customer acquisition work at Chinabank Savings, credit and account assessments at ORIX METRO, and customer service and escalations for a major U.S. airline.

Alzer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Marketing, from Saint Louis University.
