HOW IT WORKS

SEAL Selection Process

The path to becoming a SEAL is structured and selective. Accepted candidates receive full FUSE and SVS certification at no cost, the same framework organization’s invest significantly to access. Here’s what the process looks like, from application to your first engagement.

Submit your application along with your resume and LinkedIn profile, detailing your professional background, sales experience, and interest in the SEAL program.

Alignment Talk with the CEO

You will have a direct conversation with Reese Gomez, Founder & CEO of SalesSparx, to discuss your background and alignment with the program.

FUSE & SVS Certification

Complete the full FUSE (Focus, Unite, Sell, Expand) and Shared Vision Selling (SVS) certification, the proven process used across all SalesSparx client engagements.

Welcome to the SEAL Team

Upon becoming a SEAL, you will execute a partnership agreement and be positioned for current and future SalesSparx projects.

Market Your Services

Your professional profile will be published on the SalesSparx website, allowing us to market your expertise and leadership to our clients.
