Xander’s focus is on advising, implementing, and operating go-to-market plans centered on creating sustainable, high performing sales operations and training programs.​

Xander coordinates day-to-day project activities and manages internal and external project teams. Xander has a BA in Business from the University of Florida and is in the certification process as a Project Management Professional (PMP). ​
